Robert P. Reardon of Garden City, NY, formerly of Rockville Centre, NY, passed away on Aug. 7, 2013 at the age of 71. He was born on Dec. 2, 1941 and was a member of the Chaminade High School Class of 1959. Reardon was a partner at Liberty Capital Group in Hauppauge.
He was the beloved husband of Lorraine (nee: Hartz); father of Brian (Elizabeth), Keith (AnnMarie), Julia (Daniel) Englander, Mary (Woody) Weldon, Maureen (Jay) Coyle, Robert (Sara) and Morgan; grandfather of 21; brother of Marie Pusak, Anne Mayer, John (Jack) and the late Charles Reardon.
He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as brothers-in-law Bro. Richard Hertz, S.M. and Robert Hertz, also Chaminade graduates.
A wake was held on Aug. 10 at Macken Mortuary in Rockville Centre Chapel. A funeral Mass was held at St. Agnes Cathedral on Aug. 12 with interment at the Cemetery of the Holy Rood in Westbury, NY.
