Jerome Avenue Home Burglarized

Third Precinct police report that a burglary occurred at a Jerome Avenue residents on Sunday at about 12:45 p.m.

According to detectives, a white or Hispanic male broke a small rear window and was discovered when the female homeowner went into her dining room where she heard a noise and was confronted by the burglar.

The suspect is described as being in his late teens or early 20’s and wearing dark clothing.

After the confrontation, the suspect fled the house through the same window in which he entered.  There were no proceeds or injury to the victim.
