Mineola Crime Blotter: Broken Windows, Identity Theft and Stolen Cooking Oil

Third Precinct police responded to the following calls September 24 – 30 in Mineola.

The following information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department Third Precinct. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Mineola


Sept. 24: a wallet with credit cards was stolen from a location on Fourth Street between 6 a.m. and 12 p.m.

Sept. 27: store side windows at a business on North Station Plaza were found broken at 10:10 p.m.

Sept. 27: used cooking oil was stolen from a dumpster from a restaurant on Jericho Turnpike between 5 p.m. on Sept. 27 and 7:30 a.m. on Sept. 28.

Williston Park


Sept. 21: an unknown amount of money was stolen from a location on Park Place between 2 p.m. on Sept. 21 and 1 p.m. on Sept. 24.

East Williston


Sept. 27: an individual had money stolen from them at 2 p.m. in a case of identity theft on East Williston Avenue.
