Mineola Verizon Wireless Store Robbed Saturday Morning

Thieves made off with cell phones in early a.m. robbery after breaking window with rock.

A pair of burglars broke into the Verizon Wireless store on Jericho Turnpike in Mineola Saturday morning, making off with a number of cell phones.

According to Nassau County Police, at 5:20 a.m. Saturday morning, two black male suspects threw a rock breaking the side window of the Verizon Wireless store located at 136 East Jericho Turnpike. After entering the store they removed an unknown amount of cellular telephones. The subjects fled the scene in a blue and silver two-tone Nissan Quest.
