Chaminade Students Participate in Annual March for Life

Students join with other demonstrators in Washington, D.C. for 39th annual protest.

Monday morning over 100 members from the chapter of the Catholic League left Long Island to demonstrate in Washington, D.C. in the 39th annual Right to Life March.

Students departed from Chaminade at 6 a.m. in a pair of buses that arrived in our nation’s capital early enough to listen to many of the speeches, songs and prayers, which preceded the march.

All the students had the chance to greet Rev. Bishop William Murphy, who welcomed the group.
