With summer once again here, you don’t have to travel far in Mineola to satisfy your crab cake craving thanks to .

What’s In It: the crab cakes ($9) are made from crab meat, onions, may, eggs, red pepper, bread crumbs and chives, finely ground. Although it says drunken, there is no alcohol in the crab cake or the pina colada.

How’s It Taste: the crab cakes are deep fried and do not feature the usual greasy taste of fried foods. Offered in a small glass, some – like myself – may prefer to simply drink the piña colada rather than dipping the crab cakes, as had been recommended. There’s just a tiny bit of spice, adding interest to the smooth and mellow drink.

Sides: a cool glass of Sauvignon Blanc
